What data we process
When you visit this website, our hosting provider records technical data in server logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This data serves secure operation and is not merged with other sources.
Contact form and online booking
When you send us a message or book an appointment online, we process the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, the chosen service, date and time as well as your note. We use this data solely to handle your request and to carry out the appointment. We do not pass it on to third parties for advertising.
Retention
We keep bookings for as long as we need them for our operations and for any follow up questions, then we delete them. Contact form enquiries are deleted once they are settled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for advertising or statistics and embeds no analytics services. That is why we do not ask for consent.
Local storage
Your browser stores only two entries without any identifier, and neither leaves your device. During a visit it remembers that you have seen the pop-up about a current offer (sessionStorage, deleted with the tab). It also remembers that you closed the cookie notice (localStorage, until you delete it).
Map
On the contact page we show a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, the OpenStreetMap Foundation in the United Kingdom receives your IP address and technical details about your browser. The map sets no cookies.
Spam protection
To protect our forms against automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile. This establishes a connection to Cloudflare servers and transmits technical data such as your IP address. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., USA.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostpoint AG in Switzerland. The data stays on Swiss servers.

You have the right to information about the personal data we process, as well as to correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Get in touch and we will take care of it.
